   Mr Alan Costello , ex-detective/used-car dealer whose three workers on the DUBLIN CORPORATION site at 373 Clontarf Road ,
 Dublin 3 are shown/exposed in the following photos (caught)in the act of causing CRIMINAL DAMAGE to the REAR BOUNDARY 
 WALL between 372 and 373 Clontarf Road , Dublin 3 , on the morning ( 10:20 a.m. approx. ) of the 28th of October 1997.
 The police were phoned from the Dollymount House pub and a paddywagon arrived from Raheny police station.
 When Mr Costello's three workers saw the poice they ran off - behind Ms Niamh Costello's shop but were caught by
 the police and questioned.
 Later the owner of 372 Clontarf Road got a phone call from the police in Raheny to say that the perpetrators would NOT
 BE PROSECUTED as the Dublin Corporation had given them permission to demolish the REAR BOUNDARY 
 WALL.

 All evidence of the "X" marks the SPOT       on the ground was obliterated  following the actions of Mr Costello's workers
 who later claimed to the Raheny police who caught them in the act that the Dublin Corporation had given them permission.to
 EXCAVATE the trench where the REAR BOUNDARY Wall between 372 and 373 Clontarf Road had stood since the 
 Dublin Corporation themselves had demolished Margaret Murphy's structurally-sound single-storey cottage in April 1982 ,
 when Mr Ray Burke and Mr Charles Haughey were in power...

 5th of November - after the ILLEGAL attempted connnection to the EXISTING DRAINAGE on the 372 Clontarf Road
 site by Mr Alan Costello's ' workers ' ( See the ' NEW REAR BOUNDARY Wall erected by Mr Alan Costello's 
 workers following the events recorded in the photos above...)

 { NOTE :  (1 )Mr H.J. Roundtree shared office accommodation with Mr Frank Dunlop ( FLOOD Tribunal star witness )
                        at  25 Upper Mount Street , Dublin 2 - although he denied discussing 373 Clontarf Road with him.

                   (2)Mr Roundtree's ' expenses ' for the day's meeting on site(Wednesday , 5th November 1997 )
                       with Mr Alan Costello and his architect Mr Shane O'Neill were ' taken care of... '
