(2) Mr Shane O'Neill , had submitted a previous PLanning Application for the ...
"...site to the REAR of 370-371 Clontarf Road ..."
in 1994 on behalf of a Mr John Flynn (of FUSANO PROPERTIES LTD).
The said Planning Application was refused on the recommendation of a Ms Annie O' Keefe of the Dublin Corporation
Planning Department who claimed that .." DRAINAGE facilities were INAADEQUATE "...
Ms O ' Keefe has since left Dublin Corporation and moved to the Skibberean Office of Cork Co. Council.
She FLATLY REFUSES to even discuss the said Planning Application!

The Planning Application Number : 1306/96 for the TWO APARTMENT Blocks involved the REAR portion of the land at the
373 Clontarf Road site and ALSO the "...site to the REAR of 370-371 Clontarf Road ..."
There was NO DRAINAGE whatsoever on either of these sites - since there were never any buildings( within living memory ) on
either of these sites - both of which were , essentially , back gardens... Site Map 1 ( below )

December 1997 - after complaining of months of harassment from the ' SQUATTER ' who had taken-up
residence next door in 370B Clontarf Road ...
