 Mr Desmond Traynor operated Mr Charles Haughey's account at GUINNESS & Mahon Bank up until 1986.
 In 1986 , Mr Desmond Traynor left  GUINNESS & Mahon  Bank and moved Mr Charles Haughey's account at GUINNESS 
 & Mahon Bank  to an OFFSHORE-subsidiary of GUINNESS & Mahon Bank in the Cayman Islands, that is ANSBACHER 
 CAYMAN LIMITED  Bank. 
 In Feburary of 1992 , Mr Charles Haughey was forced to resign as Prime Minister of Eire because of a bugging scandal involving
 journalists - and was replaced by Mr Albert Reynolds (a dog-food maker ).
 On the 10th of September 1992, a  VESTING ORDER   under the   DERELICT SITES ACT , 1990 , was made on Margaret
 Murphy's  land at  373 Clontarf Road , Dublin 3.
 In 1992 ,  Mr Desmond Traynor  moved  Mr Charles Haughey's   account from the  GUINNESS & Mahon Bank
 OFFSHORE-subsidiary in the Cayman Islands , that is ANSBACHER CAYMAN LIMITED Bank to the
